Two winners and and a third, not bad eh ? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) MOODY TUNES let us down (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Tomorrow there are three consecutive races at Brighton with Musical Horses that have a chance.

MARAH MUSIC (15.15), SCOTTISH VESPERS (15.45) DEVON DIVA (16.15).
At Kempton in the evening EAGER TO BOW and SIR MOZART oppose each other in the 21.20. Dare we hope for a one-two ??

The three Brighton runners were 5th, 3rd and 8th respectively, not so good.
Our others dont run until 21.20 , so hope to report later.

Looking at tomorrows cards, there deosnt seem to be any musical horse with much chance.

EAGER TO BOW comfortably won the 21.20 at Kempton at 5-1, with favourite SIR MOZART unplaced.

We could have had OPERETTIST at Chepstow today but course is waterlogged.

TIS ROCK AND ROLL won at 6-1

Today the only musical horse with a good chance is DISPOL DIVA (Beverley 21.00 )

There are several others which are unlikely to be among the favourites, but with a middling sort of chance of grabbing a place, these are:-

EMPEROR WALTZ (Warwick 2.30)
RED RHYTHM (Warwick 4.20)
TROPICAL SONG (Sandown 3.25)
KORNGOLD (Doncaster 4.45)
IMPROVISATION (Haydock 18.55)

All meetings except two were abandoned because of waterlogging.
But at Doncaster KORNGOLD was third, and at Sandown TROPICAL SONG was second at 9-1

I guess there will be problems tomorrow (eg Beverley wont happen as today) too. I've picked a couple of musicals at Haydock:-

SET TO MUSIC (14.55) MORACHE MUSIC (17.10

SET TO MUSIC was third, MORACHE MUSIC was second.

Two meetings only tomorrow, no musical horses really fancied, lets try for a place with BLUES JAZZ (Ayr 15.30)

Couldnt get on this morning to post todays runner HUMMINGBIRD , but it only came 7th

Tomorrow's best bet is DANCE TEMPO (Uttoxeter 18.15)

also ( who remembers her on the piano on the telly ?) MISSUS MILLS (Wolverhampton 14.45)

In the 1835 at Southwell with a rather modest chances we have INGLEBY SYMPHONY and WINDFORPOWER

DANCE TEMPO was third. One didnt run, others unplaced.

Plenty of choice today, most are expected to be second or third favourites in their respective races, but no hot favourite. All run within a time scale of an hour and 20 mins.

MUSICALLY (Lingfield 14.30)
EMPEROR WALTZ (Yarmouth 14.40)
MEDICI MUSIC (Yarmouth 15.10)
HAIL PROMENADER (Yarmouth 15.40)
UNTOLD MELODY (Catterick 15.50)

Well we did OK at Yarmouth, EMPERORS WALTZ won at 10/3 and HAIL PROMENADER won at 4/1. MEDICI MUSIC was second at 11/2
Other fared less well.

Tomorrow's good chances are NABUCCO (Newmarket 14.25) , has won for us before. Also TARANTELLA LADY (Doncaster 14.05) and HI NOTE (Epsom 19.40)

HI NOTE was second at 10-1, others failed, even NABUCCO which had won before , and started favourite, only came 10th (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
There aren't really any musical horses with good chances today, I'll have a check to see if there are any outsiders worth mentioning.

Best chance today seems to be with WAR SINGERin the 16.35 at Newbury. Also an outsider musical is MICHAELS SONG at same meeting.

Sorry didnt get on line Sat/Sun due to Stalybridge on Sat and family visitors Sun.

WAR SINGER managed third on Friday.

Today EMPERORS WALTZ (which won for us last week) runs again at Windsor this evening, probably will be second favourite.
CATCHY TUNE may have a slight chance at Wolverhampton

EMPERORS WALTZ did start favourite but only came second.
CATCHY TUNE was sixth.

NO outstanding candidates for victory tomorrow, may two with a half chance, they'll be aroiund 5 or 6 to 1 odds.
These are VIOLA DA GAMBA (Ffos Las 14.450 and TWELVE STRINGS (Yarmouth 20.20)
