Yeah! i have a family member staying with me for the week. which in itself is fine. Great even. its just the Tag along visitors two of whom really suck the air out of the room. and have been here all day everyday too. with thier 200 mile an hour talking in which no one else is needed to speak. the constant leeching of money and peoples time and resourcses. There is stuff and people everywhere and i feel trapped and suffocated in my own home i just cant wait for it all to be over. I live on my own and having people stay more than an overnighter is a bit of a system shock as I'm not used to it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) Your experience comes under the "incivility" and "lack of consideration" headings and is something that I get very cross about (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) I hope it all resolves itself. I've been known to sit in the conservatory and close the door over.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) |

I love airports. Airports are great (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Let me guess - sub-optimal travel experience heading to Glasgow? ........ or anywhere else for that matter. Airports were great when Concord was still flying, and British Midland were operating their fleet of Vickers Viscounts. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Glasgow or Belfast to London took around two hours on a Viscount, which allowed plenty of time for a leisurely cooked breakfast or cream tea, which was included in the price. Sadly, the proliferation of budget airlines has ruined that experience for everybody. Some might say their low prices have made air travel accessible to all, but in my experience they are often more expensive than the flag carriers they have driven off of many routes. I dislike airports anyway, with a passion : so much faffing. But I do like flying... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

Is the May edition of libretto going to have a grade 8 preview in like previously? I am waiting (im)patiently for a sneaky peek - we're already halfway through May.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Very occasionally I get to travel business class to India - last time was on an A380. It does help make up for some of the other experiences..... |

Hoping for a call to say I secured a new job. The agency I am going through for this role say they think I may be the chosen candidate but are awaiting conformation.
I am leaving my current job within a month so this would really make me happy if I get this job. |

Just saw the name 'sarah-flute' at the top of the listings on a thread in the general music forum...
...but it's a thread with a poll, so it's not a new post from her (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) |
