I often (embarassingly) get asked for ID to get into the school canteen, as year 7s and 8s aren't allowed in for the first 15 minutes. Thing is, I'm in year 11...

Oh dear - but think of it this way, when you're old and you look young you'll be happy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

One of my friends was at a school and got shouted at in front of everyone for not wearing school uniform - trouble is she's a teacher (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) - granted, she does look about 12

Well I almost managed to be clever yesterday.

I remembered that I'd be going to London in the evening.
I remembered to check the weather forecast.
I remembered to put a plastic bag in my pocket to put my wet umbrella in.

I remembered that my umbrella was in the door pocket of the car....about ten minutes after I left the car in the station car park and got on the train.

Still, a plastic bag makes a good improvised rain bonnet when it's teemng down and you're desperate....

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/yay.gif) That's great Soph!

Why are some people so inexplicably rude? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Sorry, that sounded terribly negative! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) I'm just a bit bewildered really as to how I can spend the weekend with people who are amazingly friendly, talented and who want to get to know you, yet go back to school to be treated with utter contempt for no apparent reason. It just doesn't weigh up in my mind. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Anyway, 14 days 'til the holidays! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/party1.gif)

People are like that, different situations and all that. It's kind of the same with people at college, but then again at orchestra at the weekend and in the evenings there other friends aren't there and I guess you kind of make do with each other.

I'm going to see my friend in his performance of Titanic the musical on Friday... really can't wait to see how they do it, there have been so many jokes at school about people waving large blue sheets and cardboard cut-out icebergs (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
