P.S. why have my quotes gone all funny??!! what am I missing??!! I couldn't see anything wrong with that, missypiano. Perhaps the ABRSM's computer has gone funny... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) Yes, that's a strange one! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) I tried to redo it and the same thing happened!! weird....looked at every bracket and they all seem fine! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) |

I fail to understand how DIY can be seen as fun. |

I fail to understand how DIY can be seen as fun. Decorating can be a good laugh actually... I have a few stories from the past that would shock! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Me and my mam and my best friend + a big bucket of soapy water and sponges was NOT anybody's brightest idea (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) there was a lot of sponge throwing going on, but never mind, we got the wallpaper off in the end (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) |

Last night....
I was playing piano yesterday at my teacher's place (strangely enough, even though it was her place, it looked exactly like mine!). So here I was playing some Mozart when suddenly there was a knock on the door. I went to open it and there standing in front of me was a young Beethoven. He walked straight to the piano, looked at the music I had on the piano and when he realised I was playing Mozart, he got angry and stormed off into another room. I then felt a draft. I walked into the kitchen and the back door was ajar. As I opened it properly I was faced with a young Mozart who gave me a big smile and told me he was so happy to hear I was playing his music. And then I woke up!!! hmmmm...I think I might have to give music a break for a little while and take a break and go on holiday!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I'll be playing a piece by Peter Chester on Saturday (an unknown composer!). I don't know what he looks like so wouldn't recognise him if he walks in! Hmm, quite a big trumpetty thing plus first ever piano performance in the same week wasn't a clever move. I have both instruments sat here looking at me, which one to tackle first?? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hides.gif)
