Of course it isn't.

But it is some coincidence..

Indeed, I wasn't laughing at the story behind it, more the "coincidence" (I wonder if the editor gave him that assignment deliberately...). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

They're looking for Claudia Lawrence in a field just behind my house... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) That must be a bit unnerving. Where I used to live there was a big common area where lots of bad things had happened and I didn't like going past there... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

That's scary. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) Do they have new evidence that implies she's there, or are they just stepping up the search a bit because it's been over a year now?

Last time I was at the seaside, some donkeys were wearing 'nappies' to contain their ordure.

Well, I've heard it all now! Whatever next?!

My Mum has sold her house. It only took from January. We went for a last look around today as it goes through on Monday. Mum moved last October to sheltered accomodation.
It was sad today. We moved there when I was 20, and just going out with my Barry. I lived there on my days off until I was married, ( when working I was in the nurses' home).
It will be a relief to Mum though.Glad BArry was with us today, or we would have been very blubbery. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

It is, BUT I have to say that Mum said she was very happy she made the move when she did, because her mobility has worsened since last summer, and it won't be long before she won't be able to go to town on Dial-a-ride anymore. She will need someone with her...........very dizzy at times.
Mum loves the flats where she is, and the warden is great. They have coffee mornings, bingo, quizzes, trips out, afternoon tea, parties (Mum was up until half past midninght on New Year's Eve, and she's nearly 82!!)
So it's not all doom and gloom, just a few sad moments; and no one can take away the memories. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

That's good! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I hope they do the bingo properly, with all the numbers called traditionally eg 'two little ducks, 22', '5 and 9 the Brighton Line' etc... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I'm listening to Pick of the Pops on iPlayer at the moment. 1978. The No.1 record this week in that year was Wuthering Heights. Is it a bit concerning that I can sing this at pitch??? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

It would be more concerning if you could do the weird hand movements as well. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
