My mirror no longer counts as a mirror, due to the vast quantity of Post-It notes with revision on them covering it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

But then again ... on reflection! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Anyway, ..... I was going to say, "Aren't post-its rectangular?" but then having just measured one, I've found out that generally, "No." (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Oh dear, and what with me timing how long it takes for a microwave to revolve just once, on a separate thread, I'm in danger of getting a name for myself!

No I'm supposedly finishing off some work. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif) I have my spare flute here but it's pretty rubbish and there's someone working in the office below, and all my music is at home.

Do you peel red onions?

I only ask, becasue last time I tried to peel off the outer skin (as you do normal onions - easier to see the difference in skin colour) it was a real bind. I wondered whether it had been worth the bother!

I must have used a Spanish translation site at some point to look something up, because now whenever I pause my cursor over a word a little box pops up with the Spanish translation (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) It's taking me ages to type anything, because I keep stopping to look at all the translations (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Thanks, Czerny! And I think you already have a thoroughly deserved reputation as one of the most hilariously sarcastic forumites here, clavicembalo! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Yes! A mouthful of onion skin, red or otherwise, would not be at all pleasant. I was idly wondering when reading some of your posts earlier whether you are male or female; all is now clear. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

It would help therefore, if red onion skins were, in shade at least, noticeably different from the layers beneath. The only reason why I bought them was because I was out of onions and red ones were the only ones available at the time. I haven't purchased any since.

As for the androgenous nature of my posts, perhaps such obfuscation was to be applauded, until I gave the game away! The moral of this tale? Know your onions! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Huh! for all the teaseing and miriad disparageing comments i had from my sisters as "playing instruments is for children" and " do you realise how stupid you look with that in your mouth?"( by which she meant a clarinet) "its just stupid anyway you'll never do anything with it" etc etc

i recently learned that one Older sister (by12years) played CLari in school, and another(by 11 years) played the trumpet. the cheek of some people. they jsut cant help but drag you down as they cant do it themselves
