Caledonian Road and Barnsbury is as near as we'll get then. Might be worth remembering for pub quizzes! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

That'll do nicely, I'm sure.

Spending one hour practising a Bach fugue, rather than searching for stations, did turn out to be more fruitful for me then! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Thanks, f#m! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

(Looks like the hiint to search for '****** South' wasn't useful after all!)

I tried to search for ******* South but nothing came up, actually there weren't as many of that type as you might think.

I have voles in my garden. Though that might be past tense as I only found this out when I heard if squeeking when caught by my neighbours cat. That was a present I didn't appreciate - the cat was so so pleased with itself.

We had voles. Definitely past tense because the cats have stopped bringing them in so I suppose they have decimated them. They are slower movers than mice - at their peril. We saved a few but most were brought home dead. Sad, but I can't make the cats understand that I would prefer them not to try to catch anything that moves.

There are so many flags out today to celebrate Indonesian Independence Day - I can't look in any direction without spotting a fluttering piece of red and white material. Reminds me of England during the World Cup - except that here they are actually celebrating a concrete victory, rather than just hoping in vain! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I take it, you're not in Cambridgeshire today, then? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

No - but I'll be back on Sunday morning (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Still have ominous blank entries in Friday's Guardian Cryptic Crossword - all hinging on 24 & 25 Across - I think I'll have to give in soon and look up the solution. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

There is a certain commercial on the TV at the moment, for a certain brand of wine gums. It's a truly awful commercial... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I used to be a sucker for wine gums as a kid! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I always bought them by the quarter from the sweet-shop though, not in some pre-packed plastic monstrosity.

The only trouble is, I didn't (and still don't) care for the black ones, which I gather is the opposite of many, if not most, wine gum lovers.

Orange, Green, Yellow, Red then Black would be my order of preference. Usually, the only ones I can get hold of these days are those yellow pre-packs and well, ...... they just don't taste the same. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

For some reason all along the pavement there are mini paintings of the road markings on the road next to it ... the mind boggles!

And while I was typing this I realised why I don't use YouTube much - looked up something for a friend, left the tab open and it ate nearly all my processing power >_>

We have footprints/arrows or something in red, yellow and blue on the pavements at corners of roads for some reason.

I have never been able to find a good reason for those footprint things existing, sbhoa...
