There's a commercial on at the moment for 'North Londonshire'...why can't they call it North Northamptonshire, which is what it is...

It's quite a mouthful though (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rofl.gif)

Fair enough (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) but how about calling it Kettering and District. Nothing wrong with Kettering. I had a sandwich there once (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

There was a commercial on last night for chocolate with added salt.

Sounds revolting (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ill.gif)

I saw that..... looked AWFUL!!!! (although I do confess to liking chocolate at the same time as ready salted crisps so maybe its kinda similar, but without the potatoeyness??? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) )

I've not had the chocolate-with-salt in it, but I have had chocolate covered pretzels (which have the salt on them first, then the chocolate). They're scrummy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Oh, well done, Barry! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hurrah.gif) (Even though it's really 22.10!)

Funny how we love order in things. My lovely father-in-law (sadly no longer with us) always loved the fact that his date of birth was 22/3/22. The symmetry appeals somehow.

Why can't you wear black with blue? I want to wear a blue vest top with my new black skirt...

you can't wear black with blue? That ruins most of my wardrobe. I wouldn't go for navy blue with black but I really can't see why other blues can't be worn.

The only one I knew was blue and green, I'm sure black and blue is fine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Is it blue and green must never be seen? I have heard a different colour on that one each time! The blue and black thing - I don't know where it came from... My friend the other day told me I shouldn't be wearing my bright blue tights with black boots, because you can't wear blue and black, just like you can't wear gold and silver - I have to learn new rules each day!
