A new Gallery is going to hang my work... and has asked for more!!!

(I do get asked quite a lot by various places but there are galleries and then there are Galleries and I'm very happy about this one (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) )

Very exciting (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

That is excellent news. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) What will you be exhibiting? Paintings or photographs?

A really good concert today at Sewerby Hall, an hour and a half accompanying the other four tenors. 70 in the audience and ?70+ in the collection box. And it was a lovely sunny day. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Partially rearranging the music room and finding a good spot for my new printer. Nice tidy magazine files with most-frequently-used reference copies and sight-reading books nicely within reach of desk and piano. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I wish I could paint, as I feel it would be wonderful to be able record things the way my mind sees them, but I just don't seem to have the right hand-eye coordination.

However, I really enjoy photography, so that it my creative outlet, along with music and singing of course. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Well done - nice to have a good feeling about an exam.

Son is doing his A2s at the moment - some exams seem ok and what is expected, and others seem to be not quite what's expected (and it's not just him - he's checked with his friends too.)

Directing a local choir (and singing with them) at an RC church in Sheffield with superb accoustic properties. We gave the Haydn Little Organ Mass as part of the mass service.

I agree with the "not quite what's expected" part Susie-I'm doing A2's at the moment as well and several papers have had complete curveballs for questions (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) Glad your exam went well floboe! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Mine so far have been very good. I have done two maths papers and a music one, I am generally very happy with them. I have french and another maths one next week, so hopefully it will all be good for them too (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) .

I have heard mixed feelings on some of the other exams though. Lets hope that they went well for your son Susie and Fran*Piano. You never know, it may be better than you thought!!

I sang that a few years ago at the Metropolitan cathedral in Liverpool at a service - good fun.

It's a good one, and one of our favourites. We sing it a couple of times a year in the context of the Sunday morning mass.

Same here. Son's science exam reportedly contained several questions relating to subjects that hadn't been covered in the syllabus.

Some of their pre-release papers were wrong as well. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
