That really is amazing- the pilot is being hailed as a hero. Quite rightly he is. But precious few people are mentioning the co-pilot, who should be given just as much credit! There, I've given him a public shout! So that's made me happy (along with some of my code having done the magic "leave it overnight and it might work in the morning" thing) |

Finally received my exam dates today! Grade 3 Singing on 16/2, Grade 6 Piano on 27/2.
I am glad I have at least a month to the actual dates. Should be easier to book venue trials this time round. And my ex-colleague has agreed to be my accompanist! It is her first time too, so we are both excited (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |

I forgot to mention this.
I know i'm going to sound like a freak, but, my grandad was there in spirit today with me in my Spanish speaking exam. I know he was. I could feel him there next to me and when I was getting lost with words, he have me the words I needed. Thank you grandad, i'll always love you x |

Some friends who were more supportive than I thought they were going to be (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) not that they're not supportive, they're fab, just, that it made me smile when they were more supportive than I was expecting (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

A really good jazz class. The right combination of playing stuff we were comfortable with and being pushed to do new things. I feel as though I've learnt something today.
