yesterday actually, but quite late in the day, receiving a present - the most beautifully crafted and balanced ... will get a lot of use now.
Quite amazing to hold - and then you understand the testimonials on a website ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Getting a phone call from a honeymooning couple from New York at whose wedding my children's choir sang, telling me how much she and her family had enjoyed our Irish song, (the bride is Irish) and how it had brought tears to many people's eyes because it was so beautiful. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif)
They had worked hard and a compliment like that makes it all worthwhile.

I don't really know what's made me happy today, just the day in general has made me happy I think (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)!

Good luck DC. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I think this has made me happy - I've been offered another job interview. It's puzzling though, 'coz I'm really starting to like my current job. But I need the money... but the people... better hours... less travelling... Anyway, they liked my CV. Decisions!

I'm happy today because I found something by accident that I'd put in a safe place and couldn't remember where I'd put it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Sometimes an existing job gets so much nicer when you know you could get out and go somewhere else with relative ease at any time (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

In the days when I used to job-hunt, I often found that going for interviews at other companies made me appreciate what I'd already got so much more (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Woohoo! We have enough people to go ahead with our graduation ball and have paid the majority of the outstanding balence to the hotel! It was touch and go for awhile but it's all turned out fine. Going to order balloons for table decorations today exciting!
