1. went to the gym yesterday for the first time in months after house-moving upheaval and work upheaval

2. finally lost it yesterday and told work that they must find other people to do some of the stuff I'm doing because I can't do the work of the three people who quit and then some. They listened.

3. cleaned the kitchen.

LOL should be fine, the music is mostly arranged by the double bass player, and it will be the only quartet in Gibraltar - may even end up earning us some money.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
