On Sibelius, I have created a score with all the parts together. I now want to create a score with all of those parts shown on separate pages (if you see what I mean). Is there an easy way to do this on Sibelius?

Thanks

Do you mean extracting the parts CE? I'm not 100% sure what you're looking to do....

Hopefully, this will explain what I'm after a bit better.

Basically, my score looks something like this:

Now I want to take each part (in this case, piano and violin), and place them on separate pages. The violin part would look like this:

Looks like you just want to extract the parts then CE. If you have Sibelius 4 or 5, there's a small window where you can scroll down to whatever instrumental part you want. It does the parts for you as you go along, writing out the score. Can't be sure if earlier versions do this though.

Thanks Barry! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I'll try it out on Thursday when I'm likely to gain access to Sibelius again.

Or if it is an earlier version - click on file and then you have the option to extract the parts.

Uh, there's a MUCH easier way.

Select the part (chances are, you're ALREADY selected into the part because that's the part you're focused on)

Hit W.

THE END.
