My only pin ups were horses! I kept pictures of my real boyfriends on my bedroom walls. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Now, isn't this fella a handsome lad?

As a teenager I had quite a crush on Robert Hardy (Manhunt was on at the time). Before that I also liked various footballers and popstars (remember Mickey Dolenz?).

More recently, the aforementioned Viggo Mortensen, and I also like James Masters, the guy who plays Spike in Buffy (much to my daughter's disgust - she much prefers Angel!).

Hmmm, this could be a long list.

James Mason being a baddie in The Wicked Lady or The Man in Grey (I think those were the titles), Oliver Tobias as Arthur of the Britains and I really liked Anthony Valentine as Raffles. And Clark Gable, particularly as Rhett Butler It's bad boys every time for me, I think (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) My sister and I used to love watching Stewart Granger buckling his swash (or swashing his buckle) - not to be beaten for great legs in tights (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Marc Bolan, David Bowie and J J Cale.

Spike is much better than Angel! Angel has a square head. Also, is mopey and insufferable. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Oz wins out over all other Buffy men though.

Does anyone get the feeling I might be a little too invested in a cancelled TV show.

As for heart throbs, I remember when I was twelve I had a thing for Simon from Blue. (I was young...) Not too long after that it was Orlando Bloom. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Mine (when I was 16 or so, in the early 1990s) was Benjamin Britten. I am entirely serious! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif) It probably says a lot about me...
(Teenage crushes are meant to be "unavailable" - it's only now that I realise that a dead, gay man was pretty much about as "unavailable" as it's possible to get!) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
