I just got the results for my grade 5 flute, and I passed... with a merit!!!!

Am a teeny bit disappointed, since the last (and only) other exam I've done was grade 3 flute, which I got distinction for, and 92/100.

I only just scraped a merit- 76/100 but apparently it was a VERY harsh examiner, who failed several people who should've definitely passed.

But considering I came out in tears because it had gone so badly, I'm still very happy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

And now my friends can't tease me for being a music boff.

So it's all good. Ahh, I'm so happy. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif)
