In the Allegro Molto section (part of the extras) of the DVD there is a piece played in the 'Pinchas Zukerman: Here to Make Music' section, at around 30 mins if you have it.
It's either a string quintet or quartet (can't tell for sure due to camera angles...) I'd be very grateful if someone could tell me what it is! Thanks (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) **Edit** apologies for the typos in the title! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) |

I don't have it to hand at the moment, but if my memory serves me correctly she plays in the Trout quintet in that video, could it be that ? Thanks for the idea, unfortunately it isn't that piece (that's the one I do recognize (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) ). |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/yay.gif) A bit of searching on youtube has yielded a video of the piece http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RpgGcDhmzzM...feature=related around the 2:30 mark. According to the video it is Mendelssohn's String Octet in E-flat major! |
