Well my brain is feeling like mush, right now I can't think of all of the dates of the different composers, they all seem to be running into one.

Tomorrow is my last proper day for revising before my exam as I go away on Thursday and come back Sunday evening ready for the exam on Monday.

I intend to take a few little bits to try and revise but don't want to be loaded up with loads of material as I will have quite a few piano books with me. I am probably going to be quite tired by the end of the piano course day too, and not want to revise.

Just hope that everything falls into place.

I hope I get a question on Dido and Aeneas and The Magic Flute as these seem to be a lot clearer in my head at the moment than anything else.

Aw, good luck I'm sure you'll be fine. I took A214 in 2005 and my mind went blank and I forgot 9 months worth of work (think I would have doubted myself how many beats were in a minim if they asked!) Anyhow, I still came out with a pass so with the amount of work it sounds like you've put in you'll be brilliant (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Let us know how it goes (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Aha, at least I am not alone in being at this stage now! Which came first, the Persian Wars or the Peleponesian Wars? How do you correctly spell Peleponesian anyway? What's the basic plot outline of the Iliad? What happened in the Roman civil wars (any of it, just one date would do right now)?

I am sure you will find that a lot more of it is in your head than you think is there. When you get in to the exam and pick a question and start writing notes about it, you'll find you can think of a lot to say.

I'm hoping that's what happens to me tomorrow anyway! Still, it'll all be over in 32 horus for me now (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I'm lucky in that I can take my handbook in with me- only requirement is that you don't stick any extra bits of paper in it. So all important stuff is either in the book in the first place, or I have written it in during the last months. I have on the bottom of one page in big letters, and then highlighted in luminous yellow "Don't forget ?" as I always put the pi symbol at the top of the equation, and it walked off about half way through the solution. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) (yes, mathematical solutions can walk off, sometimes the get bored sitting on the page (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) )

Especially pi, it's got two little leggies to help it sneak off the page (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I remember once in A-level physics getting a velocity answer that was 10^56. Clearly impossible, but I couldn't find the error in my maths. Submitted it with anote to that effect, teacher was highly amused but more pleased that I'd noted the impossibility of my answer (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

In my disasterous transport phenomena 2 exam I remember getting a velocity in the order of something equally ridiculous (10^-15 or something like that)? I wrote something along the lines of "not bl***y likely" on the paper.

Unfortunately my lecturer was not so amused... I got 62 for that exam!

Still, since I've started messing about sizing fans for real gas flows, I now know that I learnt absolutely nothing useful in TP2... though TP1 and TP3 (taught by a different lecturer) have stood me in much better stead.
