Connecting A Macbook To A Midi Keyboard Won't Work., Edirol software won't complete connection

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 1 Joined: 3-October 09 Member No.: 76839	I have vainly tried to connect a MIDI keyboard to my Macbook with my Edirol UM-1EX interface. When I get to the point where I have to click an ikon to complete the connection the message sais the pointer will change to a musical note, but it doesn't. If someone knows how to fix this problem, I'd be most obliged to hear from you. Thanks, Stuartp77
