I wouldn't like to be a giraffe with a sore throat.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

As for why they have long necks, have you ever smelled a giraffe's rear end? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ill.gif)

... and I end up looking like a fool when I fail to respond! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

which is precisely what happened to me just now (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Was trying to think what embarrassing CDs I own when I faintly heard something like my name but chose to ignore it. Luckily I didn't blurt out the CD names... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

I am now watching 'Barbie and the Rockers' (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rofl.gif)

The 'Embarrassing CDs' thread had sparked a sudden nostalgia in me... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

That's what we're doing tooooo!!! And about the two different types of giant tortoises from the Galapagos islands (I think) and how by looking at their shell type, you can see where they come from (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) and about Darwin.

We made up a song about it to the pop song which starts 5,6,7,8 by Steps (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I love it personally, we were singing it all the way through the lesson (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I know a few people that have done Galapagos cruise holidays, and always fancied it myself, but I just think of all the other stuff I could buy with that sort of money - maybe in a few years' time when one or two of my friends aren't so skint and can come along with me!

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Me too. We did about giraffes in the lesson earlier. My homework was to write about another animal which adapted itself, so I did polar bears! I guess that should probably be in the 'What were you doing before you logged on?' thread, but oh well!
