Good luck Lottie. Can you give your hand a warm soak just before you have to play? Might just help relax the joints

(not that I play such an instrument, though. Just know it helps to have warmer hands for flexibility)

Sleep.

I was so exhausted yesterday after a stressful couple of weeks, and then running a training day in Deepest Sussex, that I was actually in bed and asleep at 8.30pm (unheard of) - didn't get up til 9am and went back to bed for an hour this afternoon.

I feel absolutely done in and really unwell with it.
