I know, hence why I had a problem working out what he could do lol. Still if we go forvirtually fat free fromage frais then that has to be healthier than a full fat cream.

you're right...I'm only crabby about the topic because I don't have a particularly sweet tooth and didn't grow up with regular puds after meals - I am regularly amazed by the myths and tosh about healthy eating which seem to emerge from my kids' home economics classes....
