Like you, Maizie, I need my food and was planning to bring lunch with me, and will just about make it by 12 as I have an appointment in the morning. In the time that we are there I would normally scoff lunch and afternoon tea/snack.

...there are a couple of drinking establishments nearby which we can visit before and after if people are up for it.

The Museum Tavern in Great Russell Street serves Doom Bar (should that be a requirement). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

Are we all ready for tomorrow? I'm sure it'll be a very fitting tribute to clavicembalo. And many thanks to Solari for setting this up.

I don't know if 'ready' is quite the right word.
But I am quite excited about the idea of using a hire bike to get myself from Liverpool Street to the venue (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) They better not be out of bikes when I get to the stand (I know, they're not far apart so I can find another one easily enough if need be!)

I'll probably end up playing something not quite so Baroque, although I'm putting some last-minute effort into learning something easy-ish... Life is a bit too mad at the moment!

More than anything I'm looking forward to listening to the many talented people coming along (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Ah, you're using a Boris bike (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I think they're rather good (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Nearest docking station at the venue is just south of the venue in Gray's Inn Road (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

"Ready" is not the word I would use either but I am looking forward to meeting those of you whom I have not met. See you, tomorrow.

Yeah, there is also one on Theobald's Road that my calculations reckon is right outside the nearest branch of Subway to the venue (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) The map that Peregrine's have on their website shows the nearest stands as well which is good (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Surely "Ken bikes" would make a constant, rather irritating whining noise? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Ready? Oh yeah, no problem. Just need a few more days practice of my two Bach pieces and it will be great (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) . When do we meet?
On the other hand, have just about mastered Barry's accompaniment in Eminor as long as I remember which one is the sixth flat, and as long as you don't pay too much attention to the arpeggios with 9 notes in that have nearly four octaves between the first and last notes (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) .
I am arriving at Euston Station, so I plan to walk down Southampton Row and then East to Gray's Inn Road, probably past Russell Square underground station.

So Ken did something else useful, apart from changing the last two letters in "LONDON" to red? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)
