A very enjoyable day. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Thanks to Sol for organising, JoMook for booking an excellent restaurant, and my impromptu accompanists. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap.gif)

..and of course that really was everyone! Thanks for arranging such a suitable finale.

On my way home now, booked arrival 0007. It was a really enjoyable afternoon, good venue, and the impromptu ensembles worked particularly well.

Jon.

Had a very enjoyable day! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Was nice to meet a couple of new faces.

Many thanks to pianocelloflute for accompanying me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thanks.gif)

The piece written by our late friend Clavicembalo was beautiful. Loved the finale too.

Thanks also to Sol and Jo xx

I am so pleased that a great day was had by all. A fitting tribute no doubt to our friend Clavi. I am so sorry I couldn't be with forumers at this time.

Great day, thank you Sol and Jo (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I think we gave Bach a good run for his money !!

Thanks to Katyjay for the musical direction, trying to keep ALL of us together was no mean feat (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Lovely piano and harpsichord (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Sad that David wasn't with us...

That. Was. BRILLIANT. (Some of us, err, stayed out a bit later...)

Thank you so much to Solari for organising the event, JoMook for organising the dinner, everyone for playing. It has been so long since I had a group of people that I could talk about music with. I don't know how I managed without this for the eight years that I did.

And I wish I could have met David.

Thank you Sol and Jo for the organisation of a brilliant day, and thank you Sol for having the idea to make it a tribute to Clavi - I think he would have had a great time also, both during the fantastic selection of music that we heard played and sung beautifully and also the great after-concert dinner. As we said during the evening "Here's to absent friends".

Thanks also from me to Katyjay for once again surprising us all by getting everyone there to play or sing in the finale - maybe we also surprised you with the result (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) .

And lastly, it was great to meet up with some more new people from the Forum - even though one of them had decided when she saw me that I was Barry-Clari (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) . I don't mind being mistaken for Barry, because he is a thorougly nice chap, it is the thought of having to play a clarinet that scares me (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) .

I am happy to admit that I am the perpetrator of gedall40's mistaken identity and that I was paid back in full, twice (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) One person said they thought that a corenfa would be tall and blonde, and another that a corenfa would be old and gray (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
