Aural "d" Questions, What is the most difficult question you've been asked....

I can practise Aural A,B and C questions with her, but I feel I am not really able to do much for D questions. It has been OK up to her G5 aural, but now she is taking G6, and some of the possible questions which a candidate may be asked seem to be beyond me, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) partly I think I don't have vocabulary/language to describe well. What is the most difficult question you have ever been asked for D (listening to music with understanding) question? What is the easiest question?

Dear Hanonmum, Yes, it does seem to get harder to practice aural examples with them as they go up the grades! My piano skills are now below that of my children and so I have sold out and bought the Aural Time! by David Turnbull with the CDs. These are really good. I just read them the questions, play the CD with lots of examples and there is even an answer section to section D at the back. There is also a pupil's book for Grade 7 which is excellent with clear explanations about musical features
