Liliburlero, after reading this - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-18801251

when I was growing up, my dad always had the World Service on in the car while taking me to school. I'd hear that tune every morning just as we started off.

Not now, but yesterday when I was gardening - the music from Upstairs, Downstairs. Not the main theme waltz, but the bandstand marching music - tiddley-umpty-tumpty-tumpty-tum-tum - or words to that effect (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I understood your tiddely-poms, Crotchetymum (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) .

For me - since hearing of Max Bygraves' death - I've got 'Gilly Gilly Ossenfeffer Katzenellenbogen By the Sea' and 'I'm a Pink Toothbrush, You're a Blue Toothbrush' going round and round in my head. They don't make songs like that any more...!

I've got Revolting Children from Matilda the Musical stuck in my head. Maybe I'm not as ready for the students starting back at school tomorrow as I thought!

If they don't stop playing the Bratzillas advert I may have to saw my own ears off. Every single channel I have watched today has played it in every ad break.
