What makes you feel like a child again?

My favourite thing is - as happened today - cycling across the city to my violin lesson on my ladies city bike. I always feel about 15. I absolutely adore it.

What about you?

Sledging. We have a 14 km long sledge run about an hour away. Amazing fun.

Music Lessons
Doing homework
Being scolded

I play the recorder (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Actually, quite often that doesn't make me feel like a child because I feel like I am playing a fair bit of Real Music now (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Other people can make you feel like a child for it, and not in a good way (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)
But there are doubtless plenty of children who can play just as well as me - so that's all OK then (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I think I'm going out to my garden to splash in some puddles, we haven't had enough rain to make a puddle in months (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

*shudder* nothing, I hope....I prefer being grown up (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). The advantage of that is that one can still be childish/childlike/naive, whatever, but at the end of it all, have a voice, and be taken seriously.

Well I certainly felt like a child when I learned to play "Merrily We Roll Along" on the flute - that was four years ago (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) . I think I have grown up a bit now, though (he says as he tries to get the Poulenc Sonata slow movement ready (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) .)

Sitting here at work late having to do something mindless and repressing the desire to stamp my feet and yell.

Yeah sure... it's the longest lit toboggan run in the world - so you can even do it at night (wouldn't fancy that myself though) and the second longest toboggan run if you include the one in Grindelwald which isn't lit and is a shade longer at 15 km.
Did it 3 times in a day once - ie. 42 km of sledging .. and my thighs knew about it for a week.
