Urgent question -
How many notes to a slur for gd1 flute scales and arpeggios? And are the scales all even notes or is the tonic long? Help! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) |

The notes are all even. The whole scale should be slurred if possible, but a lot of mine need a breath after the tonic at the top (although the rhythm of the scale should not be disturbed by the breath).
Hope this helps. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

And is it just 3 pieces out of the book - no separate study anymore? |

The studies are in List C as they always have been, and you will find three of them in the book, along with three each from List A and List B. List A and List B pieces are accompanied, List C pieces are unaccompanied. |
