Grade 4 violin, I had a surge of optimism and enthusiasm after my last result. I've since lost momentum, but plan to do some serious work when this term gets going. Well, I've bought some expensive technique books and tidied my practice room anyway. A start! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

TG G7 recorders...at least, that was the plan before the holidays. The practice fairy hasn't visited much over the break so perhaps not session A, unless I can really get my scales in order!!

I would love to take grade 8 flute and clarinet, possibly oboe too. And maybe piano. Then there's perhaps grade 4 violin and grade 3 cello. As I haven't yet won the lottery I can't possibly afford all of these! Also, I don't have a teacher, or an accompanist, so although I'm about the right standard for any of those, I haven't actually added them to my new year resolution list.

By the way, good luck to all who do manage to take exams - let us know how you do!

Grade 4 lever harp! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) My first exam on the harp and my first exam in 11 years (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

Maybe even a piano grade if I find the time to do both...

Well if things continue to go to plan, Grade 7 oboe looms large.

Theres going to be a piano exam at some point over the year for me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Either Gr. 6 in Spring or Gr. 7 later on in the year. 2013 should hopefully be the year of the big 8! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
