I cried the first time I saw that film. That performance was extremely sensitive with a beautifully mellow warm tone, and empathetic use of vibrato.

I loved the way the brilliance on the E string was balanced by the warmth on the lower three.

No excuses for anyone now about poor bowing, his bow control was amazing.

What beautiful playing. I showed this to my daughter who is learning Remembrance at the moment.
Not sure yet whether it has inspired or depressed her.
