This series appears to be much different in that the losing Project Managers are not being fired.

With the possible exception of yesterday, there's more often than not been a candidate obviously worse than the Project Manager each time...

Watching Azhar's progress has been quite interesting. It's been clear to me that they haven't liked him all the way along (I wonder if they haven't seen him as 'one of them'?) and there has been more than one attempt to 'gang up' on him. The trouble is, what he says is usually absolutely spot on - OK, by keeping on about it he's dug himself a deeper and deeper hole - but last night, the losing team had no strategy. He said that, but no one listened. I fear he's probably the sort of person that says what the rest don't want to hear. He wasn't to blame last night, but I think his days were numbered anyway.

Agreed - how did she not get fired? She appeared to be inept on this task. Adam was less annoying than usual.

Laura to win.

Because Azhar showed no passion at all in the board room. He gave the impression that he couldn't care less, whereas Jade was desperate for the job. I don't think Jade will last much longer though, as she was not up to the task.

They just didn't show as much of Adam, and on a market stall he was in his element so didn't seem as annoying. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I think Tom or Nick are more likely to win than Laura, but we shall see!

Laura's gone!

Who can stop Adam winning now?

Actually, I thought Tom was lucky to come through tonight - he nearly blew it with his talk of running a multi-million pound company. I don't think Lord Sugar is going to forget that now; he wants to set somebody up in business with capital they might otherwise find hard to come by.

I'm still thinking Nick or Gabrielle myself. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

As soon as Laura was found out to be the weakest seller in this task, it was likely she was doomed - Lord Sugar is known for not being tolerant of weak sellers...

Yes! You could see it on his face- he suddenly realised that he'd made a faux pas - actually he is so easy to read -he needs to develop a deadpan face for such moments. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Gabrielle is an interesting one and a bit on the quiet side in the general chitchat sessions back in the house. You can see her thinking sometimes, and she used good strategy last night to charm the artists. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

But she completely mishandled the corporate client... I very much doubt she'll win.

I'm sure Lord Sugar was well aware of Tom's background before he made a point of it.

I still think Nick will turn out to be the dark horse.

How did Stephen not get fired?

Gabrielle or Nick to win?

And why do they not have a cordless phone in "the house"?

Am I the only one who thinks Nick looks like whatshisname from Take That, circa 1994?

1 It's funny seeing who's dressed properly at silly-o-clock in the morning, and who comes down in their dressing gown.

2 Economy measures.

My question is why is the receptionist in the ante room to the board room always a woman? Time for a male receptionist please.
