I have 6 teenagers in my house today, 3 girls, 3 boys.... who have all done 2 hours work, sat around a table in silence, studying for their various exams. They are now having lunch- they are very well behaved and working very hard- not what you expect from teenagers..........

This is obviously the way to go.... until the novelty wears off- they are working so hard and I'm doing no nagging!
