Although I got my pupil's theory result online 9 days ago, I still haven't received her certificate.
As certificates usually arrive very soon after the results have been published, I'm wondering if this one has been lost in the post.
Anyone in the same situation?

It's a new system. Whilst they endeavour to get the results out within four weeks (and they beat that this time!) the certificates will still take the original six weeks to arrive.

Yes, I got mine yesterday - all crumpled and shoved through the letter box (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

That only happened to me once - my husband has since fitted a much larger letterbox and this will take delivery of music/books as well as certificates without them even touching the sides! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

where does it say this? I'm not questioning you, just wondering where the information is, and how I missed it! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I think it was on one of their update e-mails, but I'm not sure. I've definitely seen it in a few places.

Theory certificate just arrived. I'm rather annoyed, though, as the envelopes nowadays are so difficult to open (extra strong glue, it seems) that I damaged the top of the certificate slightly. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I'm awaiting a theory certificate for a pupil, still. Told the pupil the certificate will take a long time to come through after the result anyway, so they aren't expecting it yet. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
