Several people have mentioned that it's possible to make almost any sound in a healthy way. I was wondering if you can tell whether a singer is producing a sound healthily just by listening to them on the radio or on a recording? Or, do you need to see them in person or just simply wait until a vocal problem occurs to know that something was unhealthy or unsustainable?

Thank you very much!
