It will all be easy and fun pieces Pixie, so that everyone can play together. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

And why not? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

QUOTE

Not sure whether or not I can make it as of yet. Are we given music in advance? If there are some good string players I'd love to have a go at Mozart Clarinet Quintet (I know the clari part inside out and upside down!)

Generally, I don't send parts out in advance (but may do if you ask nicely) : I pick stuff from the extensive Clari collection, and bring it along for a mega sight read. Generally we go for band/orchestral mass playthroughs, rather than things like the Mozart clari quintet (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

QUOTE

Very up for easy and fun sax pieces / parts, as I don't get to play it often. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

That can be arranged (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Sounds great (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

If I can make it I'll be available for clarinet, piano and alto sax parts then (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I would be potentially be interested, if I actually manage to pick up my flute before then and if I have a job or not so that I can afford the train fare (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif)

I'll bring a flute if you can't get hold of yours, and you can borrow it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

The right notes are still optional, then? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I might be OK for this - it's before music centre restarts (according to calendar), so I should be able to get a pass out for a Sunday afternoon. Ultimately it'll depend on train times, since I'd have the usual choir commitment for the morning service - not sure whether the rubbish Sunday services from this neck of the woods would get me into Leeds in time for 1.30 thereafter.

If I'm coming, I can bring either tenor or alto sax, as preferred.

Viola...? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) We never did do that string trio with Barry-clari.

I might come, but I'm not sure if I'll have anything to play. I haven't had a flute lesson for over 3 years. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

This will be on the York playday model, Flossie. You'll have something to play, therefore (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
