The moderators don't read every single post ever posted (they'd struggle to keep up with just Natalie :P) which is why it's helpful to report any that you see which shouldn't be there (having said that I don't think I've ever reported one....). They'd be there all day if they had to read them all; there just isn't time. If my memory serves me correctly Christine is also the Marketing Manager for the ABRSM so I'm sure she has a lot to do on top of the forums job, which she's probably taken on as an extra duty out of kindness (I hope they're paying her some more money for it though!).
