I have just had a pupil take grade 2 singing. We have been using the examples of sight-singing tests in the back of 'Singing Time'. However, when she came back from the exam, she said that the test in the exam was almost half the length and much easier! Should one be using the specimen sight-singing tests as opposed to the examples in 'Singing Time'? Or isn't there much difference?
