Yes. Babybird and I were talking about that earlier. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) I know it's kind of mean, but part of me feels that they should go down now to teach Mike Ashley a lesson. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif) You'd have thought he's have realised from the season before last that unnecessary managerial changes can = relegation. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

And that's before we get to the fact that it's a rather mean thing to do to Chris Hughton, who does seem to be a decent manager. I suspect he'll soon find employment elsewhere, with a club that will appreciate him.

I hope so. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) It's actually worse than Southgate's sacking, and that was pretty poor. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) I still think we'd have gone back up if we'd still had him. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Boro would be in a much better state than they are now, that's for sure...

Do you think either GS will manage again? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Newcastle have sacked Chris Hughton...not entirely sure why... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
It's because they want a more experienced manager. It all makes sense...(IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

We got a 'more experienced' manger, and look at where we are now... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

Yes, because he didn't deserve the sack. I think it hit his confidence, which is possibly why he's not managing at the moment...

Hmm. I hope he goes back to it soon - just not with one of our rivals. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

I really can't see him taking the vacancy at St. James' Park...

He does have a history with Sellhurst Park though...

Yes. And I wouldn't be at all surprised if they part company with their current manager at some point...

(and the same goes for PNE)

Despite their recent money woe, Palace ought to be doing a lot better than they are. Preston...well, their recent performance at Cardiff suggests they might be turning the corner...

Palace won't be getting better any time soon, in my opinion. There are other teams also beginning to lose their way in the Championship, Scunthorpe for one...
