Man City are seriously thumping Tottenham. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) Man Utd are seriously thumping Arsenal. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)Car Expert Arsenal are awful. Wenger sacked in the morning? I sincerely hope not. I'm sure things will pick up. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) You've had a tricky run of opening fixtures... and you're above Spurs. The BBC have a list of the Premier Leagues biggest wins on the ManU-Arsenal match report.
They have included Nottingham Forest 1 - ManU 8 and Arsenal 7 - 0 Middlesbrough (and other matches with the same gd), but they have omitted Middlesbrough 8 - 1 Man City. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) |

Leyton Orient have beaten Bristol Rovers in the Carling Cup. Blackburn next for them (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Bristol Rovers scored a 91st minute equaliser, only for Orient to reply with an 94th minute winning goal! Car Expert |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)Car Expert Hopefully. I'm sure your league form will pick up. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I seem to recall you had a bit of a slow start last season and were flying by the end (a bit like Reading tend to do...). |

Well, I had a fun day yesterday following the backwards/forwards on/off excitement of transfer deadline day. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) It was the most exciting on for the Gunners that I remember, and I was pleased with the outcome. I was particularly pleased that Wenger did not spend silly money, although it remains to be seen how smoothly such a large number of new players will be integrated into the squad. The main thing is that we now have sufficient cover for players missing through injury or suspension, and the squad looks much more secure. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

What happens if Celtic start the group stage matches and then Sion win their appeal?
