that's probably reasonably balanced as a snack in fact! starch (bread), I think there's a bit of protein in the peanuts, and lettuce for some - erm - vitamins.
Not particularly odd, I like banana and peanut butter, maybe with a smear of honey. Or camembert and cranberry sauce which is slightly odder.
What's your favourite quick meal (not a sandwich) when you are cooking for yourself ?

but one could just as easily remove the lettuce from the sandwich for consumption at a later date, and still get the - erm - vitamins.
a fried egg. (that's really all i can "cook"). otherwise i just graze on whatever is raw and lying around.

I went to see The Drifters a few weeks ago. Very good they were too! (Last Classical Concert was in February, in Brighton).

Had a shower this morning in my hotel, at home now I ususally have shower, but sometimes I'll have a bath if Ive plenty of time in the evening.
Do you clean your teeth before or after breakfast ? I guess most people like me do it before, but my dentist always says do it after breakfast.

Just now, when I complained Jenny had posted 'Classic Star' as well as mine, but Digby had posted one even earlier !
I had a meal in an oriental restaurant last night (mixture of Thai ,Malay, Singapore, Philippine, Chinese food), and I have travelled many times to these Far Eastern countries. But I cant get the hang of using chopsticks ! Surprising as I obviously have some finger dexterity, being a pianist. One of my school nicknames was 'Fingers'. (No snide comments, thanks)
Are you an expert with chopsticks, eg can you pick up a single peanut with them ?

We got a Sinclair Spectrum when they first came out, I'm guessing 1985 ish ? So I'd be 38 !!
We did have fun playing 'Manic Miner' The kids were 7 and 9. I actually managed to write a program in 'Basic' for them to practise their 'times tables'.
How far can you swim without stopping ? (Swimming is Im afraid another weakness of mine!)

I can swim for as long as i like
