I wanted Beth Tweddle to win too . I guess it's just not a popular enough sport...

So did we, as my wife taught her at school. We didnt really expect her to come in the top five, when she came third we we over the moon. An shes such a nice quiet modest girl.

Zara said something in the papers that made my daughter and I laughed. Her father is a tough perfectionist and trains her hard and apparently she found him very good but so horrible she fights with him! She said that he gave her no rest even immediately after winning the European Championships. Zara calls him Simon Cow and Mr Negative. I don't watch TV but have read enough in the papers to know who Simon is and what she means. I will die (or maybe cry myself to death!) if my dad, an amateur but nonetheless very good artist, taught me Art.
