Hey, I have auditions for University so I have to play two "contrasting" piano pieces both at grade six and sing a song too. The letter was a bit short notice as the audition is in 8 days. Does anyone have any advice on what pieces to play and how to not muck it because of nerves??? any advice would be brilliant, piano singing lover

Something you already know well and like.

Definitely has to be something you are fully comfortable with- it doesn't do to do a difficult piece but make lots of mistakes!

And don't just play your pieces - be prepared to talk about them too, take a little time to look through the scores and learn where the cadences are and what type they are, look for any secondary dominants, say why you played it as you did with regards to the markings etc, etc, the more the merrier - this can compensate for little mistakes I think.
