I know that I have to revise for science GCSE modules on 28th, and I'm off ill (but I'm recovering from tonsilitus, so am fine apart from the throat), so WHY CAN'T I JUST WORK? I appear to be very good at procrastination.........

Grrrrrr.......
Biology & Physics?
You can fit in an hour on each before lunchtime today and still enjoy the sunshine this afternoon!

Or, even better, two hours on Biology before lunch and two hours on Physics this afternoon and you could
still be finished by 4 o'clock!
I did plan to do something similar (chemistry too, though)....honest! And I have actually done some physics, so we are on the way....sort of....

When I was doing my GCSEs (well 'O'-levels actually...). I set myself a fairly strict schedule with 40 minutes revision followed by a 20 minute break when I would read, or practice clarinet, or do something else (far fewer distractions in those days), then back to the next chunk of revision. The fact I only had to work for 40 minutes meant it was bearable, the fact that the breaks were "allowed" meant that I enjoyed them and didn't feel guilty.
This is what I did for exam week (internal exams all packed into one week, not hugely important but I'm the sort of person that tries to work for everything...), but even though these exams are more important, I can't seem to get into it. Oh well, will do more work this afternoon, so I'm not doing too badly.
Thanks for the persuasion, TSax and Clavicembalo.
