Hello everyone. I am Pack Yee, Wang. I am 24 and from Penang, Malaysia. Currently, I am a post-graduate student. I am a so-called "newbie" here. I am absolutely happy to join this forum as hopefully it will be a good place for me to share the problems and make friends here as well. I did not know there was actually a place for the new members to introduce themselves. Ha! Finally I have figured it out!

I started to learn music when I was 22, in July 2006. My first instrument is Violin. I sat for Theory of Music Grade 5, in March 2007, and obtained a distinction. I also sat for Violin Grade 3, in July 2007, and obtained a merit.

I have post two posts at "Theory and Composition" and "Adult Learners", respectively. However, no people is replying regarding to those posts. It turned out a disappointment for me. I am kindly to hear any advice from you all. Thanks!

I've had a look at your other posts but can't help you I'm afraid - you're much more advanced than I am at theory and I know nothing about the AMusLCM exam. I know that the ABRSM don't currently offer a Diploma in Theory though, and the Chief Examiner confirmed last autumn that they don't currently have any plans to introduce one.
