Heyy

I have damaged my knee and therefor can't walk let alone stand..

I miss playing my percussion. I mean all my other instruments but this the most.

I was wondering if there is anyone else that hasn't been able to play before and if yes what have they done?

Anytips? Im having withdrawel symtoms haha

That's a real shame!
A couple of months ago I had mocks in a load of essay subjects (so had to do a lot of writing), I was fencing for a regional fencing squad and I had 8 concerts in two weeks (which I practised loads for). This put too much strain on my left wrist (I'm left-handed...) and I couldn't play the violin afterwards for a month because it had to recover completely....

A friend of mine also got huge blisters on her fingers from practising the harp too much and couldn't play for ages either...

Neither sound as bad as your knee, but I know how frustrating it is!
Can you play any percussion at all?

sad.gif which other instruments do you play? could you play those to take your mind off it?
DrumKat
Could you do a load of snare drum practice? That would help with tuned percussion as well, as it helps with general agility.
