Is there anyone on here who can help me with info about setting up a bank account when a salary will be paid into it in dollars? We are going round in circles at the moment, with either no one being able to help or demanding that a large sum of money is paid into it (in dollars) before it can be set up, and being most unhelpful about getting the dollars into it to start with. I know there are several people here who've gone to live abroad and am hoping that perhaps one of them can point me in the right direction. I really can't believe it's as difficult as it seems to be at the moment.

Ever thought about using Moneybookers? It was definitely the best option for me ...
