klavierkat
Hello everyone, just to introduce myself on this forum since I've just found it! I normally look at the adult learners section or sometimes viva piano. I've adopted the name "klavierkat" as my "handle" for posting messages on the forums, though I've been a member for a couple of months now. I find all the discussions really interesting and is a real distraction from practice or doing anything else really. I am plucking up the courage to enter the forthcoming adult learners' concert in Teddington in February. Is anyone else planning to play at this? Looking forward to hearing from you!

I'll be at Teddington, with my adult learner hat on (singing).

I can highly recommend the adult learner gigs, you'll be made most welcome at Teddington. smile.gif

Hi Klavierkat and welcome to the forums biggrin.gif

Do come along to Teddington, it's a nice piano to play and a nice audience to play to.....not to mention a chance to chat, eat cake and other good stuff like that biggrin.gif

Hello and welcome (and apologies to all the other recent new members that I have not sent welcome messages - I am sorry _ it is all pretty random - but don't worry, Barry-Clari is much more systematic about these things and well on his way to making it three years in a row as "Most Supportive Member").

Anyway it can be fun around here.

Cheers
