In the Allegro Molto section (part of the extras) of the DVD there is a piece played in the 'Pinchas Zukerman: Here to Make Music' section, at around 30 mins if you have it.

It's either a string quintet or quartet (can't tell for sure due to camera angles...)

I'd be very grateful if someone could tell me what it is!

According to the video it is Mendelssohn's String Octet in E-flat major!
