I teach a super 14 year old girl, one of my best pupils, and she learns so fast that I'm running out of repertoire ideas for her. She passed G5 with merit last term, and at present is working towards the theory. At present she's learning the first movement of the Moonlight Sonata and an Einaudi piece, and I'd like some ideas as to what to do next. She said she'd like to play anything famous so she can show off, and she prefers modern/jazz to classical. I'm sure if I raided my music cupboard I could come up with something, but I'd really appreciate some ideas. Thanks.

How about Mozart's fantasia in D minor. I was about Gr 5-6 when I learnt it. It's like several different pieces in one. Something to get her teeth into! And it's very dramatic and showy: very fun to play!
