Hope you enjoy your carolling as much as I did yesterday - but I bet it will be colder for you, we were too hot in the sunshine!!

Going to bake some Christmas goodies with the kids and then have carol service to play at tonight biggrin.gif

Last carol service of 7 this year... and just in time, as I've started coming down with another cold! Have fun in York, Louise. biggrin.gif

Gotta got to see some gym coaches...... DD2's gym club has been given a month's notice on their premises.... it's pretty bad- some compete at international level and they are now homeless!
MDSS
Go for a jog, then off up the church to practice one last time for tomorrow night.
Bagpuss
Go to C's to attempt some baking. Shudder. This is NOT within the Comfort Zone of Bag.....

Be afraid....very afraid....

"Working" until noon (but there's nothing to do, so sitting around on the computer/playing Angry Birds/reading New Scientist).
Quick bite of lunch, in to town to pick up my re-glazed glasses which should stop there being two of everything in the world, and then to the supermarket to pick up the meat order. Have to be back by 3pm because KwikFit are due to come and fix the flat tyre on my husband's car.

While waiting for the tyre-man, I shall probably make some mince pies. Like this:

Go out to the waiting room and (again) call the name of an old lady with a 10a.m appt. She will be coming in by hospital transport and could arrive an hour late and I'd have to fit her in somehow -and she's timetabled for 1 hour. Also have to see the other appts as close as possible to their appointed time. Roll on 4p.m; then all I have to do is 90 mins organ practice, then go home and cook, finish the washing, make pastry, do the Jamie Oliver Xmas gravy, make a wreath for front door with the flowers I bought yesterday, iron....

Gah.

Continue with the Xmas pressie wrapping up interspersed with ironing.

Have gathered up turkey from shop, been to the bank (glad to have made it before they shut - memorised their opening hours for next week).

Need to institute Major Tidy Up before we have some visitors at 7.00.

Shall make a cup of tea to help me on my way (and to procrastinate a bit more biggrin.gif ).

Ooo, dead-pig rolls. I miss dead pig sad.gif (If it goes "oink" then it's under-done).

C & I have made some sort of biscuits....not entirely sure what exactly and perhaps not the most aesthetically pleasing objects, plus some killer mince pies which, munch, munch, washes down avec a glass de mulled, turned out pretty darned well smile.gif

Am dead on my feet.
Only time I sat down between hours of 3.30 and 11.55 was to do organ practice and later to eat tagliatelle.

There is a stonkingly beautiful Xmas wreath sitting in the kitchen sink; it's got greenery, red gerberas, green chrysanthemums, red berries, eucalyptus, ivy and glittery white stuff in it but I daren't hang it up on the front door because all the moss will fall out despite string, wire, ivy stems etc.
Bad idea; will stick with oasis next time.

Piano or clari.....
I think clari as I seem to be having some stamina issues and it will be more noticeable if I miss than piano will.
Besides, piano is easier to do the odd 10 minutes here and there if necessary.

Ours is a lovely wild animals one (from Morissons a few years ago!). Quite easy as no big areas of similar colour and loads of markings to identify! Good as I'm doing it with the kids (7 and 13) so can't be too tricky or I end up doing the lot!!

Glad to see sis is up for dancing following her reconnection to the internet. I trust you will be wearing your pulse and rhythm accessories, C? (Sorry, fellow forumites, this is an in-house joke. I MAY feel moved to enlighten you all should the mulled wine quota be sufficient....)
