Hello

A quick plug for our latest charity concert : it's on 5th March at 7pm, at St John the Baptist Church, High Road, Leytonstone E11 1HH. Music will include pieces by Rossini, James Rae and Mozart, amongst others. All proceeds will go to the church's restoration fund.

Carousel consists of jo.clarinet, CJB, Deborah and myself.

Hope to see some of you there!

I'm still hoping to come to this, but it's possible that I might have to go to Preston for work on Monday (don't ask) and since my parents don't live a million miles from there, and since I didn't see them at Christmas because of the weather, if I have to go I'll go up early and visit them too. For all kinds of reasons its not convenient to be away at the start of next week, so fingers crossed the trip gets postponed.

Great performance, and very imaginative programme - I don't think I've ever heard Bach's Goldberg Variations and the Teddy Bear's Picnic played in the same concert before.
